  • ​ Get a second opinion.
  • ​ Answering all questions related to treatment offers and physicians.
  • ​ Arranging appointments zoom when needed.
  • ​ Consideration of patient's preferences when selecting the treatment.
  • ​ Recommend and arrange accommodation and transportation for the patient and his family.
  • ​ Completing all financial and administrative formalities.
  • ​ Providing support for obtaining a medical visa.
 

During Treatment

  • ​ Daily communication with the patient to resolve any issues.
  • ​ Facilitating the communication flow with the physicians and therapists.
  • ​ Coordinating all medical appointments.
  • ​ Accompanying the patient in the clinic (if required).
  • ​ Organizing interpreter services.
  • ​ Respect for religious requirements (such as offering Halal & Kosher certified meal options).
 

After Treatment

  • ​ Handling release formalities.
  • ​ Organizing prescriptions and ordering medication.
  • ​ Arranging return transport.
  • ​ Providing medical reports and arranging an English translation (if requested).
